Site objective

This site's my own little piece of interweb sanctity.

I find myself often tired with the bustle of modern social-media; the forced-fed content, only shown due to the revenue it creates, ads so frequent, large, and loud, they ruin an experience. And just, the general lack of personal experience.

To me, the current web has become nothing more than fleeting serotonin aiding cheap money-grabs. We aren't individuals to the modern web, but assets; something to profit from. As changes are made without users in mind.

I don't like this, and have begun to reject it.
I began coding for two reasons: I've practically grown up online, so I wanted to know how something - that's basically been my whole life - works, and I wanted away from what's stated above.

Posts from friends of mine, as well as their accounts, are getting removed without any violations to TOS's.
Videos refuse to play, posts refuse to load, features just straight-up glitch daily - I worry that one day all I love will be gone.

I wanted a place where my works would be safe, and could still be shared without partaking in meaningless popularity efforts.

So, welcome to my little piece of interweb sanity! :)
I hope this site is one of comfort. And that my works provoke thought.
